I can't say enough good things about this company and the gentleman that came to replace our hot water heater. I woke up without hot water and saw the water heater was leaking in the garage. I shut the water off and called Alford at 7:30am. First, the lady on the phone was super helpful, answering all my questions with a pleasant tone. By 9am, the gentlemen were at my house to look at it. The entire thing needed to be replaced, but it was still under warranty. By 11am, I had a new water heater installed. Both men who came to my house were very knowledgeable and professional. The labor and expansion pack costs were very reasonable as well. Alford plumbing is a step above the rest! From moving my septic lines, marking underground utilities, replacing my toilet, checking my gas stove top and replacing my outdoor faucet!
